Head Coach
Julie has been training in the gym for 35 years, her passion for lifting weights starting in her teens. Julie has trained with dozens of high level coaches exposing her to many and varied styles of training, training programs, diets and supplements. Based on her experience, Julie created the FIT365 training method, designed to keep your body progressing regardless of your age or level of training.
